We stayed at the hotel during our family vacation and while the location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. the rooms were not clean and the hot water took forever to come on. the breakfast was average, but the customer service lacked warmth and was unhelpful. On the plus side, the view was decent from some areas and the pool was available for use.

the hotel is situated in a central area, close to many popular attractions. some of the waiters went out of their way to provide excellent service, even when they were working long hours.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par and the hot water supply was inconsistent. the customer service provided by reception and management was below average and the WiFi only worked in certain areas.

Location is good, close to some attractions and easy to get to. The waiters were nice and some were working too many hours.
Rooms were dirty and hot water only came after waiting for 10 minutes. Customer service was poor, from the reception to the management.
